Tremper albino = recessive

hypomelanistic = polygeneitic

Tangerine = polygenetic

To answer your question, you will get nonalbinos with reduced spotting and more tangerine color. You wont get a top of the line super hypo tangerine carrot tail baldy or anything like that, just babies that have a little more color than normal and a few less spots. Kinda like if you bred a tall person and a short person, height in humans is for the most part polygenetic (aside from things like dwarfism) so you wont get a tall baby het for short or vice versa, youll get a blending of the traits. A baby who will likely grow taller than the short parent but stay shorter than the tall one.
