to use reptile relief but what I done was not spray it directly onto the snakes face but took a paper towel an sprayed it on that then wiped the mite infected area with the towel.Use the directions on the bottle an treat as directed an problem will be solved.Good luck.An hope this helps,Eric[Hypoboa]
