I've been looking around at some of the major breeders' sites, as well as the classifieds here. I've noticed an ENORMOUS range of asking prices for snakes that are visually the same. I know genetics can play a big role in pricing, but I'm just looking to acquire an anerythristic, and a nice normal RTB. I don't want them for breeding, just for the pleasure of having such big, handsome snakes of my very own.
I don't want to get duped into paying more for a snake because of its genes, but at the same time, I want the snakes I buy to be the best-looking I can afford, since the whole reason I'm buying them is to enjoy the way they look.
Is there any sort of 'standard' pricing for certain morphs, or is it all based on who I get the snakes from?
