Sounds like an internal abdonminal infection.. like his intenstine ruptured somewhere and is leaking into his abdominal cavity. The infection would show up on the skin as sepsis lesions..(Septicemia or blood poisoning) once it was advanced far enough. I'm sorry to say that he probably isn't likely to make it... I've been through enough euthanasias to know it isn't an easy choice but in the end you need to do whats best for the animal... I got in a 4 year old leo once who was only 18 grams and the size of a very small 3 month old hatchling... Had advanced MBD, partial impaction of the small intensitines and 7 vitamin deficiencies along with the MBD... I worked with her for 6 weeks before I decided it was time to let her go. She wasn't getting any better... and showed little improvement.. and I will forever curse the owners of that poor gecko for making it my decision instead of their responsibility.
