I have only had adults, but a juvie would probably be okay as long as it is over a year old. You might want to check out the classified ads or see if PHRatz knows of someone who has an older turtle that they can no longer keep. Check with you local rescues and see if they have any box turtles. All but one of my 8 turtles was given to me by someone who could no longer keep it. It has worked out well for me. Also check wiht your local herp vet. They may have some leads too. | ||
