Frog work well, Also sometime new born rabbits work to get them to eat. Also you can try live fish in the water bowl, if the snake takes to the fish than just put a few small fish in the bowl with a f/t pinkie rat sitting on the bottom. Chances are that it will get the rat and eat it, eventualy it will take them on its own. It sounds like a giant pain in the butt, but it work.
