I ran into a guy this weekend in a local petstore. Holding a breedable albino male. I am of course into boa morphs, and started a conversation with him. First thing that struck me funny was that he wouldnt let anybody get near it. He was holding it like it was made of glass. I guess I understand, it is an expensive snake, Im not too mad about that.

what I was getting worked up about, he's planning to breed it, and is doing EVERYTHING wrong....

Problem #1- He plans to breed it to another albino female. Lets just say, NO NO NO!!!!! Dont do it

Problem #2- The female albino, is a sibling from the same litter, both were 2004.
NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!

I went into explanation of things that could go wrong, why not to do it, not only is it albino x albino, but SIBLINGS? OUCH! He defended his arguement and said that the guy he bought them from, (which I will remain nameless because he is a Kingsnake guy) said it is ok to breed siblings, but after the 4th generation of siblings, its a bad idea

I shook my head and gave up
