Unless she has problems shedding, I don't think it's a big issue. Mine has a water bowl always available, and that seems to do the trick for her. Of course, she walks through it and splashes it everywhere, so perhaps she's creating her own some of the time  .
I would say that it couldn't hurt to add one, but as long as your gecko seems healthy, you're probably ok. The thing I'd be concerned about is how easy or difficult it is for her to shed - do you have to help her with it at all, or does she manage fine on her own?
