RE: NJ turtle Regs.

From what I understand about the NJ laws on turtles and permits,
you need a permit to keep any native species. You must show proof that they were obtained out of state(sales receipt). You may buy or sell out of state but not within the state.
I also believe you can give away within the state.
Also I believe you are not supposed to be breeding in captivity.
Correct me if I'm wrong, if anyone else knows more specifics.
