No trouble, I thought you raised some interesting points and I wanted some clarification, too. I wish some of these regulations were a little more uniform from state to state. I really really wish DNR-type websites were easier to navigate, too!!



It appears that the information available on Bill's Box Turtles regarding NJ laws is fundamentally correct, then, based on Phil's and Frank's comments.



What remains unclear is whether or not the persons we see advertising here and there on the web are in compliance with NJ laws.
