Is the bulge coming out of his "anus"? If it is it could be a prolapse...and you need to take it to a vet.



If it is brown or black (not a nice pink, like the inside of your mouth) then its in a lot of trouble. If its still pink, keep it moist with something like K-Y jelly (not vaseline)and get the gecko to a vet ASAP.

The owners can't be reached or else I'd be calling them"...prolapses have a lot of causes...and they are serious. What did they use for substrate? Did they gutload the insects and provide calcium for it? Water?
