I bought 1.1 baby boas from the same person. One has eaten twice (one a wek) without hesitation.
The other one however, has not yet eaten. I tried frozen thawed pinkies, frozen thawed hoppers, live pinkies and live hoppers. So far, it has not eaten for me.
Because of how big they were when I got them, I now they had to have been feeding well beforehand.
Both snakes are kept in the same cage, so living ocndiotions are the same for both. They are big enough to take pinkies as a bite size snack.
I know force feeding is a last resort. What else can I try? I heard that chicken broth (pour a little on the mouse/rat) can be a good lure for picky feeders.
Suggestions?
