overfed young females will throw slugs in my experience.



like most things on forums, people brag of success, but never admit they f'ed up.



I have had females grow really fast on the appropriate amount of food and produce early.



also i have tried to rush a female that is willing to eat vigorously, and she throws all, or partial slugs.



experience is the best teacher. IMO



reading will instruct you on basics, but until you experience problems, you have no idea(general observation).
