You are a great advertisement for VPI!! Thanks Joe and Wes and congratulations for doing a great job raising all the animals and breeding them. It is very exciting to see how the caramel, clown, genetic stripe, and VPI axanthic projects have done so well in your capable hands and I sincerely mean that. I am happy when anyone who gets animals from us does well (and they are all good advertisements for VPI as well!). Your hard work has certainly paid off. No doubt your customers will continue to do good work with the animals they buy from you, and will also do well. These projects took years to develop from the original wildcaught founders and there is no doubt that they are the originators of whole captive born lineages--everyone should be very proud of that fact--everyone who works on these projects is contributing to a population of animals that is 100% captive hatched and bred with amazing genetic diversity. Pat yourselves on the back for insuring that future herpers will get to enjoy the amazing variation in ball pythons because of this work. When you really think about it--some of these lineages were founded by a single animal--if it hadn't been found we wouldn't have even known it existed, if it hadn't been bred, we and future herpers would have missed out on the experience of having such a neat morph.
