Japaluras Splendida (Neon Tree Dragon)

I went to a pet store yesterday and they had three of these guys there. I fell in love. I have been keeping Anoles since I was was around ten and catching them since I was six in Texas. Now I want to move on to something a "bigger". I have been doing research all yesterday (and plan to continue but here is what I plan to start with (If anything is not right AT ALL PLEASE tell me!):

-Fourty US Gallon breeder; 36Lx18Wx16H

-Flourescent Strip light

-Zoo Med heat lamp (I think 10-15 watts)

-Decor

-Vitamins (have to look at what store has)

-Forest bed Substrate

-One maybe a second later on.

-Water bowl

I would also like some more Information on them. How big do they get? If this Terrarium is not sufficiant what is a sufficient size? How am I able to sex male from female? Thank you.
