Is the strip light a uvb one? Some disagree but I don't think it could hurt to use one. Is there calcium in the vitamins?

I haven't had experience with this species but being aboreal you should have a taller enclosure. At least 36 inches. 48 would be better. The book Agamid Lizards by Ulrich Mathey and Norbert Schuster says they are warmth loving and need a dry forest or cloud forest terrarium.

This book was published in 1996 so I'm sure there is alot more information out there.
