I believe feed/equine/cattle stores or wholesalers sell huge tubs similar to that one. (used for feed storage, etc.)
I've thought about a similar setup, but ended up building something rather than buying something. I think it's easier to build an enclosure based on your specifications rather than try and work around what you already have prefabricated..but as long as you can fufill the monitors requirements, go for it and use what works for you (and your lizard).
