It looks like hard plastic netting to me - probably something that can be purchased at a hardware or garden store. I would caution you against using netting, any screen material will let both heat and humidity right out the top (heat rises) and controlling your temperatures/humidity levels will be next to impossible. I have seen keepers fabricate solid (wood etc) "lids" for those tubs, even drilling hinges and latches to secure it, which may not look pretty (to you) but will do a much better job keeping in heat. a few small holes will suffice for air flow - the bigger factor, aside from the size of your enclosure) is properly controlling your temperature ranges, allowing for enough choices for your monitor, and your humidity. Screen absolutely does not allow for that, and you will find yourself struggling. Never mind your electricity bill, which will go right up with your lamps spewing heat right up to your ceiling where it does NO good whatsoever. I wasn't thrilled with the setup I saw in that video, but I can see how a similar one might work.
