Spider Genetic Tremours/Bobble Head?

I was looking for any info on this condition. I purchased a spider that has a very unsteady head. Is this a condition that is passed on through genetics? I did not know of this condition till I recieved a spider that had it. It was very evident upon recieving this animal that something was not right. I am sending the animal back and purchasing a different animal. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
