Posted by: varanuskaouthia at Sat Jul 8 16:15:11 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by varanuskaouthia ] thats not to bad of a price i usually see them for about 1200 up to 1800 for a for sure 1.1 pair. there are not really to many breeders of blue trees or greens or blacks for that matter,well there are quite a few breeders but hardly any that sucessfuly hatch babies.. so my point is 99% of tree monitors you will find for sale are wild caught. just look for long term captives with good body weight and for these try to find a reputable dealer(trustworthy) and get as much info on husbandry as you can BEFORE you get the monitor so he has the best chance for suvival.......
