I know it's not the "nicest" of threads, but I think if everyone can behave it should be an interesting and informative one. Again, this isn't meant to ruffle feathers... it's just the expression of people's opinions.

I'm defining "overrated" as meaning "not worth the market price." I'll start:

Red Axanthic... I don't see what the big deal with this morph is. Granted I've never seen one in person but I have seen many pics and although it's nice, it's not a 20K snake. I understand that their high prices (as well as the het. red prices) reflect the rarity of this snake, but IMO they are just not that spectacular.
