Ok, I recently just got a neon tree dragon. Very THIN!(all of them are and I got him from Petco). I am willing to take any suggestions from experts here. I have been keeping anoles for quite sometime now but I wanted something different. I DID DO THE RESEARCH. Even though it is hard to find I think I found some good information. My current setup right now is a 40g BR (wide and tall), maybe not tall enough because he is arboreal but I do have branches and leaves for him to climb on. Anyways- 50 watt bulb..On at 9 A.M. off at 12 noon. On again at 3 P.M. Off at 6:15-6:30. Temperature is 80Degrees F with lamp on during day and still a little high at night. ~70-75. I mist twice a day to keep the humidity up and have a large bowl for soaking. Back to the eating problem. I have tried feeding the NTD a couple crickets, a superworm, and small nightcrawler. No luck. I know they are for experts and I am not an expert on them and should have left it pass in petco.( I can't believe I just said that) But I have found a vet in our area on the AGAMA. I will call tomorrow and try to schedule something. Last thing. He has not "pooped" yet so I can not collect a sample yet. He is dark in color but when I put him in the new enclosure he was not dark at all. Thank You for your help!
