Does look a bit thin in the hips. But I am more familiar with mountain horned dragons. With them you shouldn"t be seeing so much hip bone if any. Have you had a fecal done? Maybe he/she just is thin from the trip over here and will fill out but if it's wild caught a vet visit is recommended.
