In most cases, one bad egg won't effect the rest. But if it smells that bad, it's probably already dead. Did you candle them to make sure they were all fertile? You might be incubating a dud. If you can maneuver around the rest of the clutch well enough, cut the dead egg out. It'll make for a nicer smelling incubation time.
