My 2500g female uses one of those plastic "Igloo" round houses made for guinea pigs/ferrets. Get them at petsmart or petco or from many online shops that sells critter stuff. Baby snakes I use the hamster size igloo. They are semi-transparent.. some snakes don't mind that but others do. If that causes a problem for the snake you can just spray paint the insides with black to make it more solid.
