Chlorhexidine would be a safer product for such use and direct exposure to bright sunlight would also be of great benefit, but wood easily provides a safe harbor for pathogens and it would be highly advisable to simply toss such matter out, should it be known or suspected a specimen using such expired due to disease… | ||
