I looked everywhere and under everything when mine got out several years ago, I found the larger of the two but the small albino was no where to be seen. I ended up folding up some newspaper (loosely) so it was a good hiding spot and suspended a ceramic heater over it. The thought was, if the snake came across this she would stay to get warm and hide in the paper. I set up three of these in the room I believed the snake to be in the corners. Two weeks went by and the day before I had to travel with work, I found her in one of the folded newspapers.
I should also point out that my wife is terribly afraid of snakes and her one rule for me keeping them was “they are NEVER to get out”. It was very important to find that snake, my wife was going to a hotel while I was gone rather than spend the night in a house with a loose baby sand boa, no bigger than a pencil. ----- Rick
