In higher humidity chams may not drink as long or often so you may miss it. They lose a lot of moisture in respiration, but if the air is humid this is less of a problem. Fischers can be very shy about showing you that they eat or drink. As long as they have dense foliage in the cage to drink from over a longer period, have privacy, and are not showing signs of dehydration (skin tenting, collapsed casque, constipation, sunken eyes) they may be OK.
