A corn snake should be fine with this type of enclosure, with the following provisions ...

Only one corn should be kept in an enclosure. They're not an overt danger to each other, but at feeding time if they both latch onto the same mouse one might swallow the other. Also, if one is very exctied after having eaten and smells a mouse on the other, they might strike each other. There's also the danger of unexpected pregnancies and all the trauma that involves. (Believe me, I speak from experience, I tried keeping two corns together.)

So one corn snake. Trust me.

Aside from that, as long as the enclosure is escape-proof and has a heat lamp and water, should be fine. Just choose plants that are tough enough to handle a big snake crawling around on them.

Personally, I think this kind of setup would be awesome. Let me know if you get it set up, and how it turns out!
