Posted by: ajfreptiles at Mon Jul 17 08:40:36 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by ajfreptiles ] Hello John, The size boxes you are using are great if you use aspen or just white paper towels on bottom....use a small deli cup for water....they will outgrow that box fast and if you move up to the mid-size box they can be in that for alot longer time. You need more holes in the box for air-flow and cypress is just too much for a small box with very little airflow. Even in large 4 foot cages...I use a container inside the cage filled with cypress during dry seasons...but not the whole cage...the animal needs to dry out sometimes too. Hope this helps.
