kottonmouthking, . I think Cubans are very interesting and beautiful snakes. They can get very large. Adult females can be over 12 feet long. I have heard from a few people keeping them that they can be very tame most of the time but will occasionally be nasty. I think their care requirements are very much like the requirements for Boa Constrictors though possibly not quite as warm. If I had more time and cage space I would have some. Jeff
>>Hi. I just picked up a 4 foot female Angulifer today at the Hamburg show. She wasn't for sale. It was a pre-arranged trade. I just picked her up there. Anyway, she's awesome. Really nice pattern and coloration. I've always been interested in cubans and haitians but have never had the opportunity to own one. I'm really glad I do now. She's very interesting. I'm looking forward to keeping her and learning more about her. And hopefully finding a male for her someday. They seem to be very few and far between though. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with them and could share some husbandry tips or any other comments, photos. This seems to be a very underrated and not too often seen species. And all the information I can find on them isn't very thorough. Most of it just says that they're rarely kept and very aggressive animals. This one I just got is very tame and curious. So there goes that. Any responses are appreciated. Thanks alot.
