well, we live in south west louisiana and a box turtle has evidently made our home.. his. lol.

about 2 weeks ago we found the turtle on our back porch when we woke up... not really knowing anything about the turtle we just brought it to the ditch and thought it would go away. about 3 days later while watering the flowers i found the turtle again... this time near the koi pond. Well... this time we brought the turtle to the back of our property (about 4 acres from our home) and released it near the pond. Sunday night the turtle was found again... this time in our garden. Every day we get the turtle nad move it again... and it returns. For the past few days the turtle has lived in our garden eating a variety of bell peppers, egg plants, and cucumbers.

My mom has decided she may want to build a "turtle garden" and just keep the turtle around in an enclosed area instead of letting it keep tearing up her flower beds/garden... any suggestions?
