I live in an unincorporated area that dose not requier a licence for any buisness. I did however doo all the other proper things with my county such as filing for the fiticus business name and stuff. I listed on there I will be working with Rattle Snakes in the on season and breeding reptiles for sale in the off season. The IRS told me I do not need an employer number or anythign ells with them since I do not have any emplyees and all I need to do it turn in my imcome and expences when I do my regular taxes. On a side note be carfull as last year on my business tax return I got a refund of $5 but was charged $40 for the filing fee so it turned out to be another $35 business expence.
