I would think that a "bad spider" would still be distinguishable from a normal. Remember spider is a codominant gene, so if you have a het codominant spider it is expressing the spider and the normal gene. You can't have a hidden spider, but you could have crappy ones, but I am sure you would be able to id them from a normal. Just as the others said though, show some pics  ----- ---------
