Jet black eyes..

I was wondering.. I had heard alot that normal Blizzards can have jet black eyes. Now.. I was out of herps for about a year, but come back to notice a big thing going on with eclipse eyes, ruby red eyes and black eyes(Especially with snows). Can anyone clear up what the deal is? Like.. Are Blizzards with jet black eyes still a regular thing(Because I had seen alot of blizzards with the normal silver eyes), or is it valuable now? What morphs do breeders want to see the black eyes from? Thanks.
