Cloudy eyes

One of my Pilbara's have both eyes clouded. Any help would be appreciated. She seems to be the runt of the litter. I have her separated, and I have not taken her to a vet as yet, but I would like to know what kind of a deficiency has caused this and what can I do to reverse it.
