That possibilty exists. But all of last years' babies are almost 2.5 foot long and are getting more red every time they shed. I will have to wait for pics, since I do have one baby that is mostly grayish looking according to my son - who knows? I also had one very small baby crawl out of its' egg and die the next day. That was kind of weird.
