White sore?

My RTB has a single white sore on his head, between his eyes and nose. It just appeared after he shed. He spends a lot of time in the water, but this is the first time i have had this problem. He seems fine, so im sure it is nothing significant, but is there anything i should do for it? What is it exactly, and is there anything i should do to prevent it?
