For Buying and Selling BOAS of course!!

Ever sell something, get paid via paypal and then have to do a refund via paypal? I did just this week and it is taking days to clear.

Is this normal?

How come if I buy something they suck the funds directly from my bank account but will not do that for a refund I sent?

Just curious.. I am anxious to get the money back to the right people.... I told them it should be almost Instant.. that was 3 days ago. Mfft.
