Trouble shedding

OK..this is her/his first shed since I acquired her. I figure she is still a yearling being she is only 15" to 18" long and has some good weight on her...her head and eyecaps seem to have went fine...the rest of the body is coming off in pieces and not one whole piece....what suggestionsdoes everyone have to get this shed over with less stress to my ball. I have the humidity in the tank now to around 75% or so and there are some rough objects to get the shed started on...just dont know what else to do
