Hatchling update

Hey guys, my hatchling has eaten 2 mealworms and 1 small cricket so far and he seems to be healthy and happy. I even found his first stool. I have a question though. His clutchmate has not hatched yet and tomarrow he will be 1 week old. Is it normal for eggs from the same clutch to not hatch together. I'm sure the egg is still good so I don't think thats the problem.
