I assumed the gecko wouldn't express the albino phenotype based on the dark colorations I can see - but I still think she's pretty. As far as the breeder, I think she probably used the name of the breeder to show that she invested in a high quality animal - as she seems to really know her stuff about geckos. She reccommended "The Herpetoculture of Leopard Geckos" to me, but I am going to buy it later when I have more money, and when I get closer to thinking about breeding.
So I am assuming I could invest in either a Tremper or a Rainwater male and get albino babies. Is one "better" than another? Which is more desirable by consumers? ----- -Kristin
