Not exactly. There is quite a bit of variation from locale to locale. Just cruising the forum pictures can tell you that. And not all central americans stay small. I have heard that Mexican boas and Costa Rican boas can be 9 feet. Hog Islands are probably the most striking in difference form any other locale.
