I have read that that can be a sign of impaction. I would go to a herp vet asap. Be sure you are not keeping your leos on sand, bark, walnut shells or wood chips, since anything loose can lead to impaction. Is the tail thin and belly large? If so, it is even more likely to be the culprit. Still, I'm sure that there could be other reasons, and a real diagnosis can't be made over the web. Good luck!
