Can't get rid of mites

My adult bp has mites. I've treated her twice w/ Zoo-med Mite-off. The last time she was treated was Sunday, and yesterday she still had mites on her. She is on paper towels right now instead of her usual aspen. Should I be using another product? Is there something else I could be doing. I think this is also the reason she refused feeding last week.
