Turns out getting a proper temperature gradient isn't as easy as I thought. The substrate on the "cold" end is in the 70's, and the hot end is consistently around 95. How many layers of paper towels do I need to diffuse this down to the high 80's. Is 95 a dangerous temperature? I am using a UHT. | ||
