When housed together Leos need to work out a little social hierarchy. It is preety normal and not a problem as long as nobody gets hurt or stops feeding. When setting up groups it is best to do so at as early an age as possible. 4-5 months old is pretty good, just watch to make sure that it doesn't go to far or that one starts to look to thin.
