What you are describing is an Upper Respiratory Infection. From the amount of discharge you are seeing, it is a pretty bad one. Take your dragon to a vet ASAP to get treatments.



Upper respiratory infections are caused typically by too much humidity in the dragon's tank or temperatures that are too cold. Re examine your husbandry to see if your temps are in the correct range (95-115F, the higher end for babies, adults the lower end) and humidty doesn't exceed 50%.



Changing the cage conditions won't cure your dragon at this state, he needs vet attention and treatment which can include antibiotic injections and oral medications.
