Now, I want to state that it is hard to make suggestions without actually witnessing the event you are talking about, but I will tell you from my veterinary experiance we have seen several boas after this last southern california heat wave that were exhibiting several similar symptoms. Looking at the ceiling for unexplained time periods, "rolling over" in owners hands ect. I was worried it was a bout of IBD, but after several blood test we found out that most were slightly dehydrated at most. We found most owners had great sucess by decreaseing the temperatures, placing ice cubes in the water dish and giving a 20 minute water soak every other day for about a week or so. I hope this helps you and I would be carefully watching your temperatures for a little while. Hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck.

Sincerely,

Rose Aguilar
