RE: Female spurs

My females have spurs that go from almost nonexistant to larger than some of my males. I would never use spurs to sex a snake but I do use them to pick out probable females from petshops. I then probe them when I get home to se what I've got. I have had pretty good luck with it. But I also do not chose borderline animals, only those with extremely small spurs.



BTW I recently took in a 05' that I would have sworn to be a male based on it's spurs. But when I probed it it turned out to be a female. I was happy about that.
